Covid-19 Vaccine Information

Middlesex County Library, in partnership with the Middlesex-London Health Unit, will be calling library card holders 65 and older to offer help booking a Covid-19 vaccine appointments using the MLHU booking portal.  

Staff will be able to answer basic questions regarding the booking process and provide assistance booking appointments if requested.

New appointments open each day at 8am.

Already have an appointment booked and have questions?

Please call +1 (226) 289-3560 (8:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday to Sunday) if you:

  • Need to cancel or change your appointment.
  • Did not receive an email confirming your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.
  • Did not receive an email receipt for your first-dose or second-dose of vaccine.
  • Did not receive your second-dose appointment information.

Do you Have Transportation Issues?

Middlesex County has partnered with Voyago to offer a free shuttle service to Covid-19 Vaccine appointments for low-income/vulnerable Middlesex County Residents. To book you shuttle trip call 1-888-465-3783.

Current Eligibility by Age

Anyone 12 and older is eligible to book appointment for vaccine (Moderna or Pfizer) at a MLHU mass vaccination clinics
