The County of Middlesex Social Services department is excited to share a Free Shuttle Services for our vulnerable and low income residents.
Beginning Tuesday May 25, Middlesex County, in partnership with Voyago, will begin operating a free shuttle service to help ensure vulnerable and low-income residents access COVID-19 vaccinations and other medical appointments.
The shuttle service is intended for Middlesex County residents who have limited transportation options, who face barriers to accessible transportation, and who cannot afford transportation to vaccination appointments, medical clinics, or hospitals.
Residents will be able to ride on a Voyago shuttle van on a first-come, first-served basis. The curb to curb service will operate Monday through Sunday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. Trips must be pre-booked and only residents of Middlesex County who have a vaccine or other medical appointment can use the service for the purpose of travelling to and returning from their appointment.
To book a shuttle please call Voyago Transportation at 1-888-465-0783 to book your trip. The Voyago reservation telephone line is open Monday to Sunday from 5:00am – 12:00am (midnight).
All passengers will be required to complete the COVID-19 screening checklist before boarding the vehicle and wear a mask for the duration of their trip.
