Getting the passes is as easy as 1-2-3:
1) Visit one of the three libraries.
2) Borrow a bus pass for FREE.
3) Ride Middlesex County Connect for free on any bus route for 7 days.
The passes allow for round-trip use on all Middlesex County Connect routes for a maximum period of seven (7) consecutive days and are not renewable. The passes do not guarantee entry on the bus, as bus capacity limitations may apply. The individual bus pass is valid for one (1) adult aged 18 years or older.The family bus pass is valid for two (2) adults and up to four (4) accompanying children under 18 years of age, residing in the same household. Please note: Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult to ride the bus.

Holdable for same-branch pickup only; passes are held for 3 days for pickup.
Loan period is 7 days and is not renewable.
There is an overdue charge of $1 per day.
The maximum overdue period is 7 days. Items are declared lost after being overdue for 7 days, and a fee of $200 will be charged to the borrower’s account. If the borrower returns the item, this fee will be waived.
The pass must be returned to the branch it's borrowed from.
Borrowers must be 18 years or older.
The replacement cost for a lost or damaged pass is $200.
Each pass can be borrowed a maximum of three times by an individual or family during the program's duration.
